The Perle Oban Hotel & Spa is hiring an experienced and passionate Restaurant and Bar Manager to join their team. This is a permanent contract, and you will be working 45 hours a week, Monday through to Sunday, five days a week.
As the Restaurant and Bar Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the restaurant & bar. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will be ensuring the delivery of an exceptional food & beverage guest experience, as well as train, recruit and lead the front of house team. This is a guest-facing position, we are looking for candidates who are passionate about guest service, have strong problem-solving and leadership skills, and take pride in their work. Prior experience with Resdiary, Lightspeed, Trustyou and Rotacloud systems is preferred, but not required.

By day LULU Lounge is the perfect location to relax and enjoy bespoke coffee blends, PMD herbal teas paired with petit fours and afternoon tea with spectacular views of Oban harbour and the island of Kerrera. By evening we transform into a destination for drama, serving tantalising cocktails and a curated selection of wines, beers and spirits.
