Requirements
* Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or Site Foreman on high specification residential or commercial joinery projects
* Strong joinery background and technical knowledge
* Experience managing high specification interior or bespoke joinery installations
* Excellent attention to detail and quality control
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage site workflow
* Good understanding of construction health & safety requirements
* Ability to read drawings and technical specifications
Desirable
* Experience working on residential or high specification commercial projects
* SSSTS / SMSTS certification
* First Aid qualification
