HR Advisor OR Senior HR Coordinator | 3-Month FTC (Potential to Extend) | Watford
Full Time On-Site - this is not negotiable | Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 | Start: ASAP
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in a blue-collar, operationally focused environment, think construction, logistics, or distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support redundancy and collective consultation processes
* Involvement in TUPE and restructuring activity
* Manage first-line ER cases
* Assist with recruitment and onboarding
* Must be comfortable with HR administration
Ideal Profile:
* A strong HR Coordinator with ER and recruitment exposure, or HR Advisor experienced in restructures, redundancies, and TUPE
* Comfortable with multiple systems and able to navigate a complex joint-venture environment
* Hands-on, adaptable, and confident in fast-paced site settings
