As a Customer Support Advisor, you will play an important part in day-to-day operations by delivering high-quality customer support for one of Northern Ireland's leading banks. Key responsibilities include: Handling customer enquiries through phone, email and other channels in a timely, professional manner. Entering, updating and processing information accurately across internal systems. Keeping records current, complete and well organised. Providing general administrative support, including document preparation and basic system upkeep. Essential: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong IT ability and confidence in learning and using bespoke systems.
