Assistant Brand Manager – Richmond (FMCG)
Location: Uxbridge | Type: Full‑time | Department: Marketing
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 5 days a week in the office.
We’re looking for an Assistant Brand Manager for the iconic Richmond brand (£180m RSV). Richmond is expanding into new categories and launching bold innovation. We want someone passionate, driven, creative to help us take the brand further.
What You’ll Do
* Drive innovation projects from idea to launch – pack design, sustainability initiatives, product development.
* Support campaign execution across ATL, BTL, shopper, and digital channels.
* Partner with cross‑functional teams and agencies to deliver high‑quality brand activity on time and to budget.
* Use insights and data to measure performance, diagnose issues, and identify growth opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
* A degree‑level qualification.
* At least 1 year of marketing experience in an FMCG environment.
* Strong project management and organisational skills.
* Collaborative, can‑do attitude and ability to build trusted relationships.
* Sharp eye for detail and desire to deliver high‑quality work.
* Experience with BTL campaigns, cross‑functional work, or innovation launches a bonus.
