ROTATIONAL PHYSIOTHERAPIST - Band 6
The Acute Physiotherapy team at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary is looking to recruit for this full-time, permanent position. This role offers an excellent opportunity for those interested in gaining experience in acute hospital settings.

Aberdeen Royal Infirmary is the main emergency and admitting hospital in Grampian, providing exposure to a wide range of specialties and conditions. NHS Grampian hosts Scotland's first Major Trauma Centre and the first recognised ECMO centre in Scotland.
Enjoy a variety of learning opportunities in areas such as HDU, ITU, Acute Stroke, Neurosurgery, Trauma, Frailty, and other regional specialist units. Rotations occur annually, allowing you to develop and expand your skills and knowledge.
The ideal candidate will be motivated, hardworking, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include providing specialist physiotherapy assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and discharge planning as part of a multidisciplinary team.
We offer good CPD opportunities, supervision, and support staff development through appraisal. Many team members hold additional roles within the department.
This role contributes to our weekend and on-call services. A comprehensive induction will be provided if needed.
There may also be an opportunity for a fixed-term Band 6 post.
