Accounts Assistant required to join the growing and successful Accounts & Business Services team of this highly-regarded CA firm.

Based in Dundee, this role has been created due to recent client wins and growth of a diverse portfolio of sole traders, partnerships, charities, and small limited companies across various sectors. As an Accounts Assistant, you will work in a collaborative and dynamic team with genuine opportunities for career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing year-end accounts for a diverse range of clients, as reviewed by senior team members
* Preparing monthly and quarterly management accounts
* Carrying out independent examinations for charity clients
* Maintaining regular contact with clients, handling queries, and escalating issues when appropriate
You will have:
* Minimum 12 months of experience working within UK accountancy practice
* AAT qualification, or studying, or motivation to pursue professional qualifications (AAT/ACCA)
* Experience in preparing management and annual accounts for clients
* Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and effective communication abilities
* A passion for cloud-based accounting, with experience or knowledge of Xero, Sage, and/or QuickBooks software
