⏰ Hours: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

Plan, deliver, and evaluate tailored lessons that meet individual learning needs

Create an engaging, safe, and nurturing classroom environment
*
Collaborate closely with class leaders, therapists, and internal professionals
*
Contribute to curriculum development and improvement
*
Lead and manage classroom support staff effectively
*
Maintain accurate assessments and report on student progress
*
Participate in personal care routines and physical intervention if required
What We’re Looking For
*
PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching qualification (essential)
*
Strong understanding of Teacher Standards and professional expectations
*
Experience or knowledge of SEN, ideally within sensory-led settings
*
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
*
Strong organisational skills, with attention to assessment and reporting
*
Ability to lead, guide, and support classroom staff
