The Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Conveyancing Solicitor with 5-7 years PQE to join their dynamic residential property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and wants to be part of a firm with real vision and growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from inception to completion, including freehold, leasehold, new builds, remortgages, and transfers of equity
* Handling a variety of property transactions efficiently with the support of advanced legal tech tools and an experienced administrative team
* Maintaining compliance with CQS protocols and regulatory obligations
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure seamless progress of transactions
* Contributing to team performance and supporting junior staff where needed
* Embracing the use of technology and AI systems to streamline processes and improve client service
Requirements
* 5-7 years PQE in Residential Conveyancing
* Proven ability to handle a high-volume caseload independently
* Strong knowledge of UK property law and conveyancing procedures
* Experience with case management systems and tech-forward workflows
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* A proactive, organised, and collaborative approach
* CQS experience preferred
