About You
* Strong Employee Benefits consulting experience, ideally across Healthcare and/or Group Risk
* Proven leadership experience within a client facing environment
* Commercially strong with P&L responsibility experience
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Strong knowledge of the UK Employee Benefits market
