Salary: £35,000 p/a
Key Responsibilities:
Support mortgage advisors by managing client documentation, applications, and communications.
Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and clients to ensure smooth processing of mortgage applications.
Accurately input and maintain data within internal systems and CRM platforms.
Prepare and review mortgage documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Monitor application progress and provide timely updates to clients and advisors.
Assist with compliance checks, KYC, and AML verification procedures.
Manage post-completion administration including file archiving and reporting.
Handle incoming enquiries professionally and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
Previous experience in mortgage administration, financial services, or a similar role.
Strong administrative and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of mortgage processes and industry compliance requirements.
Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
