3. Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
4. Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
5. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
6. Manage employee relations, addressing queries and resolving issues effectively.
7. Coach, guide and upskill managers
8. Use HR data to identify trends
9. Maintain accurate HR records and update the HR system as required.
10. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to support organisational goals.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
11. A strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
12. Experience in providing HR advice and managing employee relations.
13. Proficiency in using HR systems and maintaining accurate records.
14. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
