We are looking for a Finance Analyst to support the team with pricing, financial analysis, and market research.Key Responsibilities
* Help set rental prices and operating costs for new projects
* Build and maintain financial models
* Research the property market and provide updates on rental levels and occupancy
* Review past models and explain differences
* Support the wider team and keep records updated in the CRM system
Skills & Experience
* Strong Excel skills (essential) to advance level – macros, modelling, designing templates
* Good financial and analytical ability
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders
* Build relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Confident working in a busy, fast-paced environment
