This is a manager role working across the Children’s Social Care and Education and Homelessness transformation and commissioning areas to manage the successful delivery of key commissioning work packages for the Youth Housing and Homelessness Project.
Remote working offered, would prefer 1 day a week in the office.
Responsible for ensuring optimal value for money in supported youth housing as well as bringing subject matter expertise on the current best practice and new models of delivery. To manage and shape solutions to complex transformation & commissioning projects related to youth homelessness and housing. Work closely with commissioners & transformation colleagues across a broader programme aimed at reducing homelessness in Bristol. The role will require the successful candidate to work alongside internal and external stakeholders in housing, finance, change management, procurement and social care. A key objective of the role is to increase the number of registered providers of supported youth housing in Bristol, as well as maximising the value for money of existing contracts.
