We are a London based boutique recruitment company specialising in the hedge fund sector, sourcing candidates for all sectors within our clients including trading, risk and technology.
This particular role is to join the business team who cover a wide variety of positions within the Investment world including Portfolio Managers, traders, researchers and analysts.
As an Associate Consultant you will work mandates across all our clients while you build your knowledge of investment, trading and the recruitment process.
It's a 180 degree role with no business development requirements until you're ready for account management.
Working the London and US markets, you will be expected to build a strong candidate network across the relevant geographies.
Ideal candidates will be a graduate with a real interest in the Finance / Technology sectors although we will be happy to consider people without a degree but can show an interest in the world of finance / maths /engineering.
No previous sales / customer facing experience is required although you will need to prove a good work ethic and have a good attention to detail.
Remuneration is very good, with excellent commission, quarterly events and an all expenses annual trip for all (Portugal, Mexico and Greece most recently)
