Role Overview As an Architectural Technician, you will be responsible for: * Producing high-quality technical drawings and detailed design packages. * Supporting the design team across multiple live projects. * Coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors. * Ensuring compliance with building regulations and planning requirements. * Assisting in the delivery of luxury residential and commercial schemes. About You The ideal candidate will bring: * Proven experience as an Architectural Technician within residential and/or commercial projects. * Strong technical drawing skills and proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit. * Knowledge of UK building regulations and planning requirements. * Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability. * Strong communication and teamwork skills.
