The Corporate & Support Services Directorate plays a critical role in supporting organisational governance, compliance, performance and business support functions.About youDegree in any discipline (or 4 years' equivalent relevant experience)Minimum of 2 years' experience providing advice and guidance on policies, procedures or legislationExperience engaging with a range of internal and external stakeholdersExperience preparing reports, correspondence and management informationStrong organisational and project coordination skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesHigh attention to detail and ability to manage competing prioritiesKnowledge of governance, compliance or information management processes (desirable)Full driving licence (or access to suitable transport)What you'll doSupport the delivery of corporate services, governance and compliance activitiesDevelop and monitor project plans, ensuring deadlines and objectives are achievedPrepare reports, correspondence, management information and briefing materialsSupport policy development, implementation and continuous improvement initiativesConduct research and analyse data to support decision-making and service deliveryProvide advice and guidance to managers and staff on corporate processes and proceduresAssist with audit, performance, risk and governance activitiesMaintain accurate records management systems in line with retention and compliance requirementsEngage with internal departments, external partners and stakeholdersSupport information governance processes, including policy compliance, reporting and information requestsEnsure confidentiality and compliance with GDPR and relevant legislation at all timesFor further information on this opportunity, or any other position in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link or contact Conor Birch in the strictest confidence.IND04Skills:Information Governance Policy Development Compliance Corporate Services Projects Project CoordinationBenefits:Additional BenefitsWHJS1_NI
