The Role
As a Classroom Supervisor, you will:
* Lead lessons in the absence of the class teacher using pre‑set work
* Keep students focused, engaged, and on task throughout the lesson
* Manage behaviour using clear and consistent school systems
* Support students with their learning where needed
* Work across a range of subjects and year groups
* Build positive relationships with students and staff
You’ll be the steady presence in the room, making sure learning continues and the day runs as it should.
