Aspire People are currently recruiting an experienced HLTA to support inclusion and SEND provision within a primary school in Ashton.This role involves working closely with the SENCO and leadership team to deliver high-quality support for pupils with additional needs, while also covering lessons across the school when required.The Role:Delivering structured interventions for pupils with SEND.Supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and speech & language needs.Covering classes across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.Supporting behaviour strategies and emotional regulation.Contributing to EHCP targets and progress reviews.Assisting with mentoring and supporting other support staff.The Ideal Candidate:HLTA qualification or extensive experience in a higher-level TA role.Strong SEND knowledge and experience.Confident leading lessons independently.Calm, resilient and solution-focused approach.Recent experience within a UK primary school.Why Join Aspire People?Competitive daily pay rates.Access to long-term and permanent roles.Flexible working options where required.Dedicated consultant support.Clear pathways into teacher training or senior support roles.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled HLTA looking to play a key role in whole-school inclusion and pupil development.Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
