TEXO Recruitment are currently looking for a Paint Shop Team Lead on a permanent basis behalf our external client located in Aberdeen.
Key Responsibilities:
* Effectively allocate resources to ensure all fleet and third-party blast and paint tasks are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
* Prepare and complete paint reports as required.
* Organise and deploy resources to maximise operational efficiency and meet customer requirements.
* Conduct and deliver Toolbox Talks to maintain awareness and compliance.
* Program blast and paint robots and ensure all team members are fully trained in both operation and programming.
* Provide support and backfill as needed to meet project commitments and performance targets.
* Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and comply with the company’s STOP WORK policy.
* May be required to work at other sites and attend customer or supplier visits.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a precision Blast and Paint environment.
* Proven ability to train, mentor, and develop team members.
