Totum is working with a leading London law firm recognised for its private client, family, and litigation work. This top-tier firm is recruiting for a Legal Cashier to join its Finance team. The role follows a hybrid working pattern, with an even split between office and home (50/50). You’ll be part of a team of three cashiers and will report to the Head Cashier. This position is ideal for an experienced Legal Cashier looking to join a highly regarded firm and a supportive team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Managing client and office receipts and payments
* Processing invoices, disbursements, and expenses
* Handling daily banking and reconciliations
* Preparing payment runs and managing residual balances
* Providing admin support and keeping accurate financial records
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong communication and organisation skills
* Confident with Word, Excel and Outlook
* Excellent attention to detail
* Proactive, helpful and team-focused
