BESS Engineer - Battery Storage and Power Generation - Rugby - Up to £45,000 About the companyWe're looking for a BESS Engineer to join a well-established, growing energy solutions business. This is a hands-on role with both workshop and national field-based work. You will be playing a key role in the expansion of the organisation, focusing on repairs, fault-diagnosis and reactive call-outs across Battery Energy Storage Systems and Power Generators.BESS Engineer - The Details
* £40,000 - £45,000 basic salary

BESS Engineer - Requirements & Responsibilities
* Min. 2 years hands-on experience on Battery Energy Storage Systems and Power Generators
* Preferred: NVQ in Plant Maintenance / Electrical Engineer qualifications
* Must be flexible with national call-outs and staying away from home when required
* Experienced with Victron Systems
* Experienced with fault-finding and repairs
* Strong understanding of Electrical principles and practices
* Knowledge of System design principles and methodologies
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Able to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues
* Great communication skills - both verbal and written
* Customer-Focused with a commitment to delivering an excellent service
* Effective planning and organisation skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
* A valid driving license with no more than 6 points
