The role:
We are seeking an SC Cleared Communication & Engagement Lead to support a large-scale cyber security transformation programme. In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of communication and engagement strategies and work closely with Programme and Change teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in complex environments to make a significant impact in a large-scale transformation programme.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver communication and engagement strategies
* Create and maintain the Communications, Engagement and Approach Plan (CEAP)
* Support the development and maintenance of stakeholder maps
* Manage internal communications (campaigns, SharePoint, newsletters)
* Draft content for communications across multiple formats and audiences
* Organise and deliver events, workshops, and engagement initiatives
* Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Manage communication channels and respond to stakeholder queries
Skills & Experience:
* Active SC Clearance (essential)
* Experience delivering communications within large programmes or transformation environments
* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management
* Experience creating and delivering communication strategies and campaigns
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience working within multi-disciplinary programme teams
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Desirable skills:
* Experience in a Cyber Security environment
* Knowledge of Secure by Design
* Understanding of Cyber Assurance frameworks (e.g. CAF)
* Familiarity with Cyber Security frameworks (e.g. NIST)
