We’re currently looking for a Peripatetic Manager to join the team at Highgate Care working across homes within the group. What You’ll Be Doing
As one of our Peripatetic Managers you will travel between different care homes to provide support, leadership, and interim management. This role primarily involves driving occupancy forward, supporting with leadership gaps, supporting and coaching home managers, building relationships with internal and external agencies and within the community, acting as Home Manager to cover annual leave, sickness etc. You will work under the direction/guidance of our Regional Directors across the Highgate Care portfolio.

* Able to work flexibly across some evenings and weekends
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Must have been a Registered Manager within residential and nursing homes for older people
* Track record of Overall Good CQC reports whilst in Registered Manager roles
* NVQ Level 5 or equivalent
