I am currently exclusively partnered with a growing global organisation who are looking to recruit an interim HR Coordinator into the team. WThis role is an initial 3 month contract, with the potential to be extended or even a permanent opportunity for the right person.
Your new role
In this role you will be providing support to the HR team, across employee lifecycle queries, recruitment, L&D and payroll.
1. Be the first line of HR advice to colleagues for anything relating to the employee lifecycle
2. Support with recruitment coordination
3. Support the L&D programs and OD projects
4. Payroll input for UK based staff, in partnership with the payroll provider
5. Maintain and update the HRIS, ensuring data is correct
6. Note-taking for employee relations cases
7. Support onboarding and thepliance process
What you'll need to succeed
8. Proven HR experience
9. Willingness to learn and develop
10. Experience with SuccessFactors would be an advantage, but not essential
11. Able to drive and have access to a car as my client isn’t close to public transport links
12. CIPD qualifications are desirable but not essential
