Student Services Coordinator: Transportation & Emergencies
Full time -Temp Contract Jun-August 2023
Work pattern: Thursday – Monday (5 days per week)

Cambridge school is looking for an enthusiastic administrator with excellent communication & organizational skills to join our busy Student Services Department and coordinate our transfer & Emergency service over the summer.
As Transportation Coordinator, you will be responsible for producing safe & seamless transportation solutions for our customers. You will oversee the school emergency phone during your work days/evenings liaising with various stakeholders, including students, transportation companies and sale offices to ensure a great start for every student on their journey with us.
You have:
1. An interest in transportation and logistics
2. Minimum intermediate competency working with Microsoft Excel
3. Excellent attention to detail
4. An analytical mind set and excellent problem-solving skills
5. Capacity of working in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
6. Capable of using your own initiative and being decisive
7. Have the right to live and work in the country of employment
8. Complete fluency in English

13. The ability to manage and support others during times of crisis - most commonly during an emergency call
Your responsibilities
14. Maintain and develop relationships with local suppliers in UK & Ireland
15. Develop and improve the overall customer experience of arrival and transportation services
16. Invoicing
17. Respond to student feedback or complaints
18. Report and follow up from weekend incidents to ensure week by week improvement
19. Increase sales on return transfer
20. Support weekend team by communicating any changes effectively as they come
21. provide the first point of contact with all calls to the emergency phone on a 24/7 basis on weekends
22. Ensure the timely and accurate answering and recording of all requests for emergency resources using the log system
