The Reality of the Role
* Experience in Commercial Property Lettings/Management Agency
* Hands on role, client facing, front-of-house role
* Management of a complex portfolio, handling contractors, negotiating commercial leases, and lead a small team by example.
Key Responsibilities
You will be the operational backbone of the branch, covering Commercial Management, Residential Management, and Lettings.
1. Commercial Property Management :managing rent & service charge collections, rent reviews, lease renewals, and tenant relationships for our commercial portfolio.
