We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Continuous Improvement (CI) Specialist in warehouse logistics, as the successful candidate you will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and productivity across warehouse functions. Your primary responsibility is to identify, lead, and support small-scale CI initiatives aimed at streamlining processes, reducing waste, and improving overall performance. You will facilitate and run Kaizen events, engage cross-functional teams, and use data-driven approaches to analyse cycle times and workflow bottlenecks. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you will work closely with warehouse staff and leadership to implement practical solutions that drive measurable results. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate and lead small Kaizen events and improvement workshops Identify and prioritize continuous improvement opportunities Analyse processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI tools Drive root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions Collaborate with teams to develop and implement optimized workflows through cycle time analysis Conduct root cause analysis on data anomalies and operational inefficiencies Provide a Weekly report out to operational teams Promote Lean principles and CI methodologies across the warehouse. Track and report on the impact of improvement initiatives. Qualifications and essentials Preferably a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of work experience with minimum of 2 years. A strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies. Experience in warehouse or logistics environments. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools. Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Ability to engage and motivate cross-functional teams.
