Remote PPC Specialist

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a data-driven PPC specialist with proven experience in the financial services sector.
This role focusses on paid media (e.g., Google Ads), conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and personalised digital marketing strategies across search, email, and SMS. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience in performance marketing, and a proven track record of increasing traffic, conversions, and adherence to FCA advertising standards are critical.
Duties
1. Plan, execute, and optimise high-performing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and other paid platforms.
2. Analyse user behaviour and conversion funnels to identify drop-off points and optimise landing pages.
3. Conduct ongoing A/B tests to improve CTR, conversion rates, and cost-efficiency while meeting regulatory content standards.
4. Personalised Campaign Management
5. Develop and execute segmentation and remarketing strategies to enhance customer engagement.
6. Manage cross-channel campaigns, including PPC, email, and SMS, ensuring personalisation and high performance.
7. Monitor and adjust campaign strategies in real-time to maximise ROI and lower CPA.
