The Role
Reporting to the Service Director, our client is seeking a WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR with a stable history working within a franchised car dealership in the Exeter area.
Salary: £30,000 OTE plus a very high basic salary and excellent benefits.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a methodical approach to problem-solving. You will need to liaise effectively with members of the service and parts departments, as well as with manufacturer representatives. Therefore, superb communication skills are essential. The ability to work as part of a team and manage existing professional relationships with the manufacturer is also important. An understanding of the roles of a service or parts advisor would be advantageous but is not essential.
