Compass Associates is proud to partner with an independent provider of children’s residential care homes and therapeutic schools across the UK. Our partner organisation supports children and young people facing social, emotional, and behavioural challenges, mental health difficulties, learning disabilities, and autism. * Enhanced DBS check clearance.
* 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).

* Ongoing training and continuous professional development support.
* Flexible working arrangements.
* Clear career progression pathways.
* Supportive leadership and positive work culture.
