Job Description
As part of the OSC Leadership Team, you will design, deliver, and evaluate training programmes that support both new and existing employees. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our teams are equipped to meet contract service deliverables, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and document OSC processes in line with new contract requirements.
- Deliver engaging training sessions using a mix of classroom, remote, and e-learning methods.
- Assess employee competency and identify training gaps, implementing remedial plans where needed.
- Collaborate with central L&D functions and operational teams to align training with business goals.
- Promote health and safety standards and ensure training reflects current policies.
- Conduct training reviews and contribute to the evolution of OSC practices.
- Travel across UK locations and offer flexible training delivery, including evenings and weekends.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, and business process tools.
- Proven experience in customer service and training delivery.
- Solid understanding of data analysis and performance monitoring.
- Ability to lead by example, coach others, and build trusted relationships.
- Skilled in problem-solving, prioritisation, and adapting training styles to diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of e-learning development and emerging training technologies.
