Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum
The successful Projects Engineer will have responsibility for the supervision and administration of the day-to-day activities and coordination of multiple contracts from point of order to final commissioning and handover.
The role will involve:
1. Take overall responsibility for the supervision and administration of the day-to-day activities and coordination of multiple contracts from point of order to final commissioning and handover
2. Supervise and co-ordinate planning, design, procurement, build, subcontractors, installation works, despatch to site and commissioning.
3. Ensure accurate data is assembled and recorded to enable the procurement and manufacture of equipment to fulfil contractual requirements.
4. Control and manage the contractual and commercial requirements of the project.
5. Maintain clear liaison between customers, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure contract requirements are met with regards to quality, time and budget.
6. Ensure contract financial requirements are adhered to within the time scales specified.
To be successful in this role of Projects Engineer we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:
7. Experience is sought within the plant and process engineering field
8. Ideal experience would be from within the mechanical contracting services or process engineering with specific reference to steam or high temperature process heating applications.
9. Proficiency with MS Office suite of applications.
10. NetSuite and Salesforce experience. (Ideal but not essential)
11. A track record in working on technology orientated, multi-disciplinary projects.
12. Excellent organisational and multi-tasking ability.
13. HNC/Degree or equivalent in mechanical or chemical engineering or a process engineering discipline with experience in a compatible industry or a manufacturer of related equipment.
