About the Role: The Supporter Care and Fundraising Officer plays a key role in delivering an excellent experience to supporters and donors. This position is responsible for managing supporter enquiries, maintaining the CRM database, and supporting data-driven fundraising activities. The role also provides administrative and operational support to the fundraising team, helping to maximise income and strengthen donor relationships while promoting the organisation’s mission. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for supporter enquiries via email, phone, post, and in person, ensuring timely and high-quality responses. Manage and maintain the CRM database as a system administrator, including data entry, reporting, and dashboard creation. Support data-driven decision-making by generating insights and reports for the fundraising team. Work closely with finance to ensure accurate recording, reconciliation, and acknowledgement of donations. Build and maintain relationships with donors and fundraisers, providing guidance and support throughout their journey. Assist with fundraising activities, including events, tribute funds, in-memory giving, and legacy initiatives. Provide administrative support to the fundraising team to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance supporter experience and maximise fundraising outcomes. Represent the organisation at events and support promotional activities. Contribute ideas to improve supporter care and help implement best practices.
