The Role
At the 4–5 PQE level, you will transition from execution to a more leadership-focused role, managing:
* Lead Workstreams: Directing multi-jurisdictional deal teams on £1bn+ transactions.
* Strategic Advisory: Providing "thought partner" level advice on co-investments and complex management equity structures.
* Sector Excellence: Leveraging deep expertise across TMT, Financial Services, Infrastructure and Healthcare.

Candidate Profile
* 4-5 years PQE from a leading International, Silver Circle or US firm.
* OR equivalent PQE in a common-law jurisdiction (leading corporate firms only)
* Proven track record in cross border mid-large-cap PE buyouts and exits.
* A "safe pair of hands" with the commercial confidence to act as a primary point of contact for sophisticated sponsors.
