Responsibilities
* Manufacture dinghy sailing masts and booms using drills, routers, and other hand tools
* Make high quality products from standard specification drawings
* Cleaning, rigging, and packing of spars and manufacture of sub-assemblies
* Assist in other general duties as and when necessary to help maintain production
Requirements
* Work as part of a busy small team to manufacture products in a timely way
* Teamwork is essential
* Flexibility, concentration, and accuracy required
* Good communication skills
* On-the-job training will be given
Details
* Location: Fareham, PO16 0TW
* Hours: 40 per week
* Holidays: 20 days plus bank holidays
* Breaks: Two tea breaks and half an hour lunch
* Sick pay offered at discretion
