Element Recruitment are working with a leading charity in Bristol who are looking for a passionate and skilled Permanent Trusts Fundraising Leadto join their team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing sustainable funding from Trusts and Foundations, enabling transformative support for the community throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain long-term funding relationships with Trusts and Foundations.
* Conduct prospect research and maintain a funding pipeline.
* Write compelling funding bids and proposals, ensuring timely reporting.
* Collaborate with the Income Generation Team to align on funding strategies.
Essential Requirements:
* Experience in Trusts and Foundations fundraising.
* Excellent written communication and relationship management skills.
* Strong organisational skills to manage application and reporting deadlines.
This is a part-time position, offering 22.5 hours per week with a salary of £32,600 on a full-time basis.
