What you will do
- Provide expert advice and guidance on child protection and safeguarding issues to a range of professionals and organisations.
- Coordinate and manage investigations into allegations against individuals in positions of trust, ensuring that processes are followed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of all cases and prepare comprehensive reports as required.
- Liaise with multi-agency partners to ensure best practices and coordinated responses to safeguarding issues.
- Conduct presentations and training sessions to educate and upskill colleagues and stakeholders on safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Assist in developing strategies to enhance child protection practices throughout the area.
