We are not a "turn up and run the whiteboard" gym.
We care about coaching quality, member results, retention, and long-term growth.
We've built a strong reputation locally and continue to grow and we're now looking for the right coach to join the team.

The Role
This role goes beyond leading workouts.
You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching, supporting member conversion and retention, and contributing to the culture and growth of the gym.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in standards and wants to contribute — not just clock in and out.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoaching & Class Delivery
* Deliver structured, engaging CrossFit and HYROX sessions
* Provide clear technical instruction and individual feedback
* Modify workouts intelligently for all abilities
* Uphold high movement and behavioural standards
Member Experience & Conversion
* Deliver outstanding first sessions for trial members
* Support gym tours and intro consultations
* Help convert trialists into long-term members
* Build strong relationships that drive retention

Community
* Engage with members both inside and outside the gym
* Support events and community initiatives
You don't need to be an influencer — but you must be comfortable contributing.
Team Contribution
* Work closely with the coaching team and manager
* Attend staff meetings and development sessions
* Maintain high facility standards
* Contribute ideas to improve member experience
What We're Looking For
* Experience coaching group functional fitness, CrossFit, HYROX or similar
* Strong communication skills and presence
* Confidence managing a class environment
* High personal standards and professionalism
* Willingness to contribute beyond just coaching sessions
Qualifications
* CrossFit Level 1 preferred (not essential)
* Equivalent qualification considered
* CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain)
If you don't yet hold a CF-L1 but are the right fit technically and culturally, we're open to supporting you through it.
Compensation
£12.50–£22.50 per hour
(depending on experience, qualifications, and responsibility level)
