A high-performing secondary school in the Stockport area is seeking a Science Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their department from September 2025. This is a full-time role for the full academic year, offering an excellent opportunity to develop classroom skills, support students with varying abilities, and gain valuable insight into the education sector.
You’ll work closely with the Science teaching team to support pupils across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, assisting in lessons, leading small group interventions, and providing one-to-one academic support to students who may be falling behind or require additional guidance.

* Supporting pupils in Science lessons with their classwork and practical tasks
* Leading small group sessions to reinforce scientific concepts and boost confidence
* Assisting with lesson preparation and science resources
