Family-run home since 1983, on the seafront of Porthcawl. We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming, family-run care home for a 2nd / Sous Chef. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated chef to join a supportive team, working Monday to Friday and weekends, with shifts and hours flexible to suit your availability. Shifts & Hours · Weekdays: 8am – 3pm or 3pm – 8pm · Weekends: 8am – 2pm or 3pm – 8pm · From 30 hours per week, with shift patterns discussed at interview Role Overview Reporting to the Head Chef, you will support the kitchen team in preparing high-quality, nutritious meals for residents. You will deputise for the Head Chef in their absence and ensure smooth daily kitchen operations.
