Responsibilities
* Collaborate and drive overall game design and feature development
* Collaborate with the design team to create new and intuitive Match-3 levels
* Work with the broader game team of artists, programmers, quality assurance and analysts
* Look through gameplay data to help address user experience issues
* Work with and manage external contractors to support development
* Evolve and iterate on existing features or systems leveraging data insight
Requirements
* Strong experience with game design in the mobile games industry
* Strong design mentality and intuition for game mechanics and systems
* Familiarity with Match-3 mobile games, casual puzzle games and their mechanics (F2P)
* Ability to work independently and efficiently as part of a small, fast-moving team
* Excellent communication and collaboration
* Experience with Unity
