If you are an enthusiastic and forward thinking nurse who wants to make a real difference to children and their families then this could be the opportunity you have been looking for, offering a variety of work within our Centralised Duty Contact Hub that will include delivering aspects of the Healthy Child Programme.
You should possess excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills together with an ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.. You will be confident in the use of technology and new digital innovations.
You will be joining a proactive skill mixed team working together to deliver the Healthy Child Programme. As part of the 0-19+ / 0-25 Services which with other local statutory, health and voluntary agencies to provide includes Health Visiting and School nursing. You will be delivering public health advice and person centred packages of care via virtual contacts. You will be working in partnership with Local Authorities and other stakeholders across Cheshire East, Wirral, St Helens and Knowsley to take the local children's agenda forward.
