The Podiatry & Musculoskeletal (MSK) Teams are seeking an Administrator on a Fixed Term basis for 6 months. The duties include but are not limited to: Booking, amending, cancelling and rebooking appointments Processing GP referrals using in house systems such as eRS and SystmOne Actioning tasks assigned to the team Monitoring the email inbox and responding to email enquiries Answering the phone and liaising with patients and families The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and telephone manner, including sound verbal and written communication skills. You will have experience of working in a busy office environment and work well under pressure. You will thrive in a team environment but will be able to use your own initiative. The working pattern is Monday – Friday and there is flexibility on start an end times (08:00 – 16:00 or 09:00 – 17:00). There is no requirement to work weekends and hybrid working is supported once trained.
