What You'll Do:
* Lead crews on-site, guiding sewer and watermain projects from start to finish.
* Coordinate tasks and manage daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and meets the highest standards.
* Inspect and monitor job sites regularly to maintain safety, address challenges, and ensure deadlines are met.
* Work closely with project managers and estimators to identify and resolve any deficiencies during the project.
* Train and mentor your crew, ensuring continuous improvement and skill development.
What We’re Looking For:
* At least 5 years of experience in sewer and watermain construction, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
* Strong knowledge of construction practices and safety regulations.
* The ability to read blueprints and project specifications with strong attention to detail.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a focus on motivating teams.
* Problem-solving skills to tackle on-site challenges effectively.
* A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
