The company is a global manufacturer of specialist construction products used by some of Europe’s leading Building Contractors delivering large scale Commercial, Industrial and Residential developments. Due to ambitious growth plans, they’re looking to appoint a Head of New Product Development (NPD) to enhance their senior leadership team. Based in an office near Bromsgrove and reporting directly to the board, this role will lead and mentor a team while driving innovation, design and development of new products aligned to the company strategy. It plays a critical part in maintaining market competitiveness and supporting long-term growth. They’re seeking someone from an Product Development or Product Management background with construction sector experience who can demonstrate end-to-end product lifecycle experience and a strategic approach to product development.
