What’s on offer for the Principal Systems Engineer: • £75-£85k base Key Responsibilities of the Principal Systems Engineer: You’ll represent Systems Engineering across major work packages, ensuring ISO 15288 compliance across the full lifecycle while driving stakeholder requirements into robust, compliant technical solutions. You will lead on complex problem solving, develop key engineering artefacts, conduct design reviews, and support bids through estimates and risk analysis. You’ll also coach and guide engineering teams, and manage suppliers to ensure delivery against schedule, cost, and quality targets.
