Brief Description
We are looking for an experienced Early Years Professional to join a vibrant and friendly team in a lovely nursery in the Ilford area to help oversee the day to day running of the setting as a Deputy Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* The Deputy Manager will be responsible in helping the Manager with the day to day running of the nursery.
* Running the nursery in the absence of the Nursery Manager.
* Assist in overseeing a team of Room Leaders and Practitioners to help ensure their jobs are done to the highest possible standard.
* The Deputy Manager will also be responsible for helping to keep parents informed of any key events or changes regarding the nursery.
For this position you MUST have the following
* A minimum of a level 3 qualification in childcare.
* Experience of working in a similar senior nursery position.
