Customer Service Advisor
Online Tile & Bathroom Retailer
We're a growing online tile and bathroom retailer, and we're looking for a friendly, motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our busy, supportive office team.
This is a customer-focused role where you'll help customers both before and after they place their orders. You'll be communicating with customers via phone, email and live chat, answering questions, resolving issues, and making sure every customer has a positive experience.
Alongside customer contact, you'll also support the team with shared administrative tasks, so no two days are the same.
What you'll be doing
* Answering incoming customer calls and resolving queries efficiently
* Responding to customer emails and live chats in a professional, friendly manner
* Handling customer complaints calmly and with empathy
* Supporting the team with administrative and order-related tasks
* Working closely with colleagues and other departments to resolve issues smoothly
What we're looking for
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
* A calm, respectful approach when dealing with customer concerns
* Good attention to detail
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous customer service experience is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided.
