Responsibilities
* Manage loan transactions from credit approval to final repayment.
* Collaborate with surveyors and report to the Risk Control Management Group.
* Liaise with property developers to facilitate project funding.
* Assess valuation and construction cost reports.
* Evaluate property, credit, legal, and compliance risks.
* Prepare drawdown requests and coordinate with various teams.
* Monitor loan performance and recommend corrective actions.
* Conduct due diligence and site visits for new loans.
* Produce performance reports for senior management.
* Support distressed loan management and restructuring.

Ideal Candidate
* Degree-level education or equivalent.
* Over 3 years of experience in residential development funding.
* Background in banking or specialist credit lending.
* Strong knowledge of credit, risk management, and accounting principles.
* Understanding of construction and housebuilding processes.
* Experience in build cost analysis and financial modelling.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
